By accessing or using the 639 Club platform available at 639club.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity, you ("the User," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 639 Club platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 639 Club ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

639 Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To use the 639 Club platform and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from any gambling platform or identified by any regulatory authority as a prohibited player.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 639 Club, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must possess a valid Philippine mobile number for account verification purposes.

639 Club reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 639 Club platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering a 639 Club account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 639 Club account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

639 Club employs SMS OTP (One-Time Password) verification as part of its account security infrastructure. You must have access to your registered mobile number to complete account actions, including login from new devices, password resets, and withdrawal requests.

639 Club supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All account balances are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your 639 Club account balance within ten (10) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 639 Club's finance team on a continuous basis. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, 639 Club may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and applies equally to all players.

• 639 Club does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 639 Club reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

From time to time, 639 Club offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 639 Club promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified accounts only. 639 Club reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from ineligible accounts.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where a promotion explicitly provides for this.
• 639 Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus structures, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

All games made available through the 639 Club platform — including live casino table games, video slots, sports betting markets, e-sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

639 Club's slot games operate on independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified to comply with international gaming standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel.

Sports betting odds and e-sabong betting lines are set by 639 Club's regulated pricing engines. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the specific game rules (for example, an event cancellation).

639 Club reserves the right to void any bet or game result that, in 639 Club's sole determination, is affected by technical error, data error, or manipulation.

In connection with your use of the 639 Club platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, interact with, or exploit any 639 Club game or platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent gaming conduct.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 639 Club's software, platform infrastructure, or game mechanics.
• Using the platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Any violation of this Section 7 shall entitle 639 Club to immediately suspend your account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and permanently ban you from the 639 Club platform. 639 Club may also refer suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content published on the 639 Club platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 639 Club or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 639 Club platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, public display, or creation of derivative works — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 639 Club.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639 Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from gaming activity, loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 639 Club's reasonable control.

The 639 Club platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability and technical reliability, 639 Club does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all decisions you make in connection with your account and gaming activity on 639 Club. 639 Club's total liability to you, for any cause of action and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 639 Club account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

639 Club is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or distress.

639 Club provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, adjustable from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately upon request.

You may close your 639 Club account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure following a player-initiated request, and subject to the completion of any required verification and the absence of outstanding bonus wagering obligations, 639 Club will return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes concerning their formation, validity, interpretation, or enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

639 Club reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 639 Club will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by notification to your registered contact details. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the 639 Club platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
